Do I need to create an account to purchase at Tailor Woof?

​

Yes. By creating an account with us, it enables you to keep track of your purchase history, loyalty points and also saves you time from having to fill in your address details for every order you place with us. Do be assured that Tailor Woof will keep all of our customers' personal particulars and information confidential.

I want to make a customised order but I don't know how

​

Not to worry! Our friendly tailor is always happy to help you with your order. You can email to team@tailorwoof.com or dm us on IG (@tailorwoof) and she will guide you with the customisation process.

Can I amend my order upon check out?

​

Yes, please email to team@tailorwoof.com or dm us on IG (@tailorwoof) with your order number within 24 hours upon ordering to notify us on the changes.

Do you offer self collection services? 

​

Yes. Once the order is ready for self collection, we will reach out to you via the email address or IG handle (if indicated) to arrange a convenient date and time. We will notify you on the collection address then.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

How do I check on my loyalty points entitlement?

​

Please proceed to add your order to cart and on the check out page, you will be able to see the loyalty points you have accumulated. Please select how much you would like to redeem before making payment. We will not be able to apply the discount after payment is made.

Do my loyalty points expire?

​​

Yes. Your loyalty points expire 6 months from the date it is rewarded. Please ensure to utilise the points before the expiry as we are unable to extend the validity date. You will receive an email to notify you 14 days before the points expire.​
