DELIVERY INFORMATION

As all our products are made to order, please allow some time for the products to be prepared and sent out. Orders will be mailed out via Singapore Post service.

[As at 10/08/2022] Please note that waiting time may take around 4 weeks. Do reach us via IG DM or email if you placed an order and need it by a specific date so that we can advise accordingly.

 

Please note that normal mail does not come with tracking & in the event of lost parcels, Tailor Woof would not be liable for it. If you require tracking service, please opt for Smartpac or Ninja Van courier when checking out.

1) Domestic Delivery

  • A shipping confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent out after the order has been mailed.

  • Deliveries are usually done between 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.

  • Smartpac: The items will be placed in your letterbox in view of contactless delivery option.

  • Ninja Van courier: In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, Ninja Van will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $3.50.

  • Please ensure that the name and mailing address provided is accurate. If the item bounced back to us, a redelivery cost will be chargable.
