Thank you for shopping with us! By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on www.tailorwoof.com and subject to the following terms and conditions. All prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept payment via Paypal and Bank Transfer (domestic orders only).

Upon submitting your order, you can make payment right away via Paypal/Credit Card, or opt to pay via bank transfer. Please take note of the bank transfer details reflected on payment page and complete payment within 24 hours.

You can reply to the order confirmation email with the following details:

A confirmation email will be sent once it has been verified and we will start working magic on your customised piece!

 

SHIPPING

As all our products are made to order, please allow up to 10 working days for the products to be prepared and sent out.

Orders will be mailed out via Singapore Post service - normal mail for FREE (Yay!)

Please note that normal mail does not come with tracking & in the event of lost parcels, Tailor Woof would not be liable for it. If you require tracking service, please opt for Smartpac when checking out.

Normal Mail - 3 to 5 working days

SmartPac - 2 to 3 working days (+S$2.60) (with tracking to letterbox)

*NEW* Ninja Van Courier - 1 to 3 working days (+S$3.00) (Delivery to doorstep)

  • All Singapore orders above S$30 will enjoy complimentary SmartPac shipping (SingPost) with tracking. Track your parcel here: https://www.singpost.com/track-items
  • A shipping confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent out after the order has been mailed.
  • Deliveries are usually done between 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
  • Registered mail requires someone to sign upon delivery. If no one is around, the package will be deposited in your letter box.

Please ensure that the name and mailing address provided is accurate. If the item bounced back to us, a redelivery cost will be chargable.

  • For limited time only, all Singapore orders above S$30 can opt for complimentary Ninja Van courier delivery with tracking. Track your parcel here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/
  • A shipping confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent out after the order has been mailed.
  • Deliveries are usually done between 9am to 10pm, Mondays to Fridays except public holidays. You will receive an SMS notification when the parcel is out for delivery.
  • Registered mail requires someone to sign upon delivery. If no one is around, 2 free re-delivery attempts can be arranged. If delivery is unsuccessful after the 3rd time, the item will be returned to Tailor Woof.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All international orders will be sent via registered airmail shipping (SingPost).
  • Comes with tracking code to avoid loss of parcels
  • Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Tailor Woof, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

As each product is hand-made, some slight variations from pictures on this site are normal. Please allow up to 1cm difference in measurements. Should you wish to return your item, please take note of our return policy below.

  • Please contact us at team@tailorwoof.com before returning the item. Return mail should reach within 14 days of notification of return.
  • Items have to be unused and in original packaging. If it is returned in used condition (e.g. stained), we reserve the right not to exchange a new piece & you will have to pay the postage fee to mail it back.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, cost of returning the item by mail will be borne by buyer.
  • Recommended to mail back via registered mail/trackable mode to avoid any loss of item or damage during transit​.
