As each product is hand-made, some slight variations from pictures on this site are normal. Please allow up to 1cm difference in measurements.

 

Customised items are not eligible for return/refund unless it is defective (e.g. size does not match your order description).

 

Should you wish to return your item, please take note of our return policy below.

• Reach out to us or email team@tailorwoof.com within 7 days.

• Return mail should reach within 14 days of delivery.

• Items have to be unused and in original packaging. If it is returned in used condition (e.g. stained), we reserve the right not to exchange a new piece & you will have to pay the postage fee to mail it back.

• Unless otherwise agreed, cost of returning the item by mail will be borne by buyer.

• Recommended to mail back via registered mail/trackable mode to avoid any loss of item or damage during transit​.
